I was skeptical about the idea, until a shooting peer advocated for this product very highly. So I consulted with Casey Brouwer of Tactical Ordnance and he advised that his company did sell them and customers were happy. So I bought my first one and it really does make a difference. You do have to invest the time to shoot groups at different settings, but once you get what works best, it is marvellously consistent. I then bought another one for a different rifle, and again it pulled the groups in much tighter. I highly recommend this excellent product.
